1. Why is my screen blank and there is no login box for my Direct Admin control panel?
Answer: Your IP was blacklisted for too many failed login attempts. This can also happen if you do not logout of Direct Admin when you are done working. If it times out, the simple act of bringing your mouse across images on the screen can simulate a login attempt.
Contact us and ask to have your IP removed from the blacklist.
2. Where am I when I login to my Direct Admin control panel?
Answer: When you first login to your Direct Admin control panel you are at the Reseller Level, if you are on any of our virtual web hosting accounts. To become fimiliar with the Reseller Level of the control panel check out our Reseller Level tutorial.
3. Where is the domain that you used when my web hosting account was created?
Answer: The domain we used to setup your web hosting account is located as a User of the Reseller account you have. You will need to click the User Level link on the upper right hand side of the screen after you login to the control panel. Here is a link to our tutorial on the User Level of the Direct Admin control panel.
4. How do I add my domains on different class C IP addresses or different IP addresses?
The first thing you should do is to view this tutorial on how to add domains on different IP addresses. Also in that tutorial that is the next step on adding users on the same IP address. This tutorial is available in our client only knowledgebase so you will need to login.
