The first thing you should do is to view this tutorial. This will show you what to do when your hosting account is ready. Watch for an email with the subject: Your Virtual Server Nameservers and panel login info : that will be the email that lets you know your account is fully setup and ready to use. 2. Why don’t I get my account as soon as I order?

Answer: We have found if we let our system setup your account without a human review that we get many stolen credit cards going through our system. You must wait for a human review of the order to make sure the order is not fraudulent. It is common for hackers to find automated systems to test stolen credit cards on to see if they will work and we will not encourage them with an automated system.

The best way to get support would be to put in a ticket. You can do that through your client billing panel at http://clients.gotwebhost.com/ or you can simply email support@gotwebhost.com and that will open the ticket automatically for you. PLEASE USE YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT ON FILE WITH US FOR THE QUICKEST RESPONSE if you email support@gotwebhost.com. Put as many details about your issue as you can, including account username, domain and password to help us assist you better. Many times a ticket is quicker then a phone call because we can review the issue and ask any additional questions while we research the problem.

5. What are the best times to call?

Pre-Order Inquires For web hosting plan orders: the best time to call is between 12:30 P.M. EST to 12:00 A.M. EST.  This is also the time we process orders so if you order after the close of the day, it will be processed when order processing opens again.

Emergencies: If your website or server is down the fastest way to get it back online is to call anytime 24 hours a day.
